23 張投影片的發展簡報譯成法文，再修正三處

一位顧問手上有一份為英國政府 WOW Helpdesk 撰寫的 23 張投影片簡報，主題是科特迪瓦的女性經濟賦權。他請在同一個 PowerPoint 檔案中譯成法文，供阿比讓的部會使用，數字、姓名和機構名稱保持原樣。

原位翻譯每張投影片與每個表格，然後在法文簡報重寫 15 張的頁尾，修正封面及引用的查詢編號，刪除殘留範本行。

表格、圖片、15 張投影片的頁尾，以及兩處範本殘留

這份簡報在第 8 張投影片有一個按行業與性別劃分就業人數的 16 行表格，第 19、20 張投影片有兩個建議表格，大多數投影片有照片，其中 15 張的頁尾寫著「Document Title」。另有兩處來自範本的殘留：封面寫 Query 55 而非 57，第 22 張投影片仍寫著「Disclaimer to go in here」。

這是一般 PowerPoint 簡報，無須轉換。直接編輯投影片自身的文字方塊與表格儲存格。

Please translate the attached deck (23 slides, women's economic empowerment in Côte d'Ivoire) into French for our counterparts at the ministry in Abidjan.

- Keep every slide, picture, layout and table structure as it is
- Keep all figures exactly as written, including the English number format (e.g. 5,406,838 and 43.0%)
- Do not translate names, emails, phone numbers or the organisation names FCDO, DFID, WOW Helpdesk and Social Development Direct
- Leave the footers alone for now; I'll fix them separately
- Make sure the French text still fits its boxes, especially the slide 8 table and the recommendation tables on slides 19 and 20

的處理方式

在同一檔案把全部 23 張投影片及表格譯成法文，圖片與投影片版面保持原樣。
FCDO、DFID、WOW Helpdesk、Social Development Direct、姓名、電郵和電話保留英文，不修改頁尾。
保留所有數字的英文格式原樣：5,406,838、43.0%、49.3% 等。
保留第 19、20 張投影片上的建議表格，每項仍是項目符號。
第 8 張「About WOW Helpdesk reports」方塊的三句仍是英文，標題是法文；建議引用的報告標題寫成「Women’s Economic Empowerment en Côte d’Ivoire」。
完成訊息計算重寫了 137 段，並在「未完成」列出仍是英文的內容：職稱、報告名稱（「Women Business and Law」）及第 8 張的句子。

23 張中的八張，由交付檔案呈現。可切換英文原稿及兩個法文版本；目前開啟第 19 張。

我們已與原始文件核對： 每個檔案都是 23 張投影片；FCDO、DFID、WOW Helpdesk、Social Development Direct 的出現次數與原稿一致；每張投影片上的數字及寫法都與英文簡報相同。

03 · 要求 2

「法文簡報只修三處，不改其他」

顧問輸入的內容

Three fixes on the French deck, nothing else:

1. The slide footers still read '<number> | Document Title'. Replace the title part with 'Autonomisation économique des femmes – Côte d'Ivoire' on every slide that has that footer, and keep the slide number.
2. This is WOW Helpdesk Query 57, but the cover (slide 1) and the suggested citation in the 'About WOW Helpdesk reports' box on slide 8 both say 55. Change both to 57.
3. Slide 22 still has the template text 'Disclaimer to go in here' (or its translation). Delete that text.

的處理方式

在第一次請求的法文簡報上修改。
在全部 15 個頁尾將「Document Title」換成「Autonomisation économique des femmes – Côte d’Ivoire」，保留每張的編號。
將封面及第 8 張投影片建議引用中的 55 改成 57。
刪除第 22 張投影片的「Disclaimer to go in here」一行。
有標誌的投影片上，較長的頁尾折成兩行。

我們檢查了： 沒有剩下「Document Title」，新頁尾出現 15 次；第 1、8 張有「57」，沒有任何「55」；免責聲明預留文字已清除。選擇上方檢視器的「法文，第二次請求」查看成品。
