Who will process my payment, and is it safe?
Stripe handles every payment we take. Stripe was founded in 2010 and is trusted by millions of companies, including Lyft and Shopify.
We never see your card number and we store no financial information on our servers.
Which currency am I charged in, and do I get an invoice?
Checkout shows the price in your local currency where we offer one, and in US dollars otherwise. The amount on the Stripe checkout page, including any tax, is the amount you pay.
Stripe emails a receipt and an invoice for every payment. You can download them at any time from Invoices and billing on your account page.
How are Subscription Credits different from Forever Credits?
Think of a mobile phone plan. A subscription is the monthly contract that gives you a fixed allowance. Forever Credits are the stored-value card you top up once.
Run out of Subscription Credits and you can buy a few Forever Credits to keep going until your next reload date.
We beat the phone company twice over: cancel any time and keep access to the end of the period, and Forever Credits carry no monthly fee and never expire.
Can I upgrade my subscription?
Yes. Log in and use the upgrade button on this page. Stripe prorates the change, so you only pay the difference for the days left in the billing period. No double charge and no manual refund.
How am I billed, and how do I cancel?
You are charged when you subscribe and again on the first day of each billing cycle. Your account page shows the next charge date and holds the cancel button.
Cancelling schedules the subscription to end at the close of the current period, and you keep full access until then. You can resume before that date. Charges already paid are non-refundable.
If I subscribe, do I waste my Forever Credits?
No. Every transaction spends Subscription Credits first, then Trial Credits, then Forever Credits.
Your account page lists past transactions, so you can see exactly which bucket paid for which job.
Are Forever Credits really valid forever?
Yes. Unlike other providers we do not require a monthly payment, and Forever Credits stay usable for as long as we are in business, including on every feature we add later.
Every paying customer gets the same latest features, whenever their last purchase was.
